The driving force behind Fiscal Resolutions is Ken Gutman, a business executive with more than 25 years of experience in negotiating disputes and improving bottom lines. Ken has a true passion for negotiating deals and helping to prevent future problems. He possesses a unique ability to listen to both sides and get a clear understanding of what goals each party wants to accomplish.It is a rare talent to successfully get two disputing sides to reach an out of court agreement, and this is what Ken does best
